It is anticipated this ride, taking time to stop at the rest stops, should take NO LESS than 60 minutes.
We encourage riders to dress up – especially if they are riding as a team.
Wear a cycle helmet to protect your head.

All registered riders receive a wrist band when arriving.  Only those wearing a wrist band are eligible for the free refreshments around the course.
Keep both hands on the handlebars to avoid wobbles and shakes, and always remember the ‘stay left rule’ especially when approaching opposing walkers/riders around the Te Ara Tahuna Cycleway.
Single file riding over any bridge.
We heartily encourage the rules of bells.  If your bike has one – ping it!

Please – do NOT bring your dog to run beside you.  No dogs are permitted.
Roller skates / roller blades / scooters or electric scooters are not permitted.
Be considerate of pedestrians, cyclists, dogs and vehicles at all times – remember that all the roads are open to traffic throughout the event.
