Planned Outage

Some website services are unavailable this weekend

We wanted to let you know we're making some changes to our website between 9pm Friday 11 October and 8am Sunday 13 October.

You won’t be able to use AT HOP online services during this time, except viewing your balance via the AT Mobile app. However, you’ll still be able to purchase and top-up your AT HOP card at your nearest AT HOP Retailer or top-up at a Ticket & Top-up machine. 

If you are planning to make any changes to your AT HOP card, please do so before Friday evening as you won't be able to register a card, top-up or make any changes online during the outage.

Our Customer Service Centre team and Contact Centre use the same systems so they will not be able to assist you with these transactions or with the management of concessions during the outage.

You can still use your AT HOP card to travel on AT Metro services and use top-up machines. If you intend to use online services, please make sure it’s before 9pm on Friday or after 8am on Sunday.

In addition, the following services will also be unavailable:

  • Logging into MyAT to manage or setup your account
  • Use our website to register or apply for a permit or parking lease or report a problem
  • Jetski registration and management

Please note: The AT Park app, AT Mobile app including balance and Journey Planner will work as normal but you won't be able to log in to your account to update details.

Kids going back to school?

Kids go back to school from Monday 14 October, we suggest that you make any changes to their AT HOP cards before 9pm on Friday 11 October or after 8am Sunday 13 October. 

This is a service message to all registered AT HOP cardholders. Please note, this will not affect your current subscription preferences.
