AT Local trial has begun in South AucklandOur new on-demand rideshare service, AT Local, is up and running and ready for you to use.
If you live in Papakura, Conifer Grove or Takaanini you can now book a ride with one of our electric cars or vans. The fares are the same as our bus fares, all you’ll need is your HOP card and a face mask.

Solving inner-city emissions with e-bike deliveriesUrgent Couriers is following the growing trend of using cargo bikes (or e-bikes) for deliveries overseas, and is preparing to get a fleet of their own set up right here in Tāmaki Makaurau.
The team is aiming to take 40 to 50 tonnes of carbon emissions a year out of inner-city Auckland by replacing its city fleet of cars with electric cargo bikes.

Sustainable progress in the cityOur goal of having an emissions free transport network by 2040 is getting a little bit closer. In the past 18 months we introduced 33 new electric buses.
We also recently made Australasia’s biggest electric bus order to date, a whopping 152 electric buses. These new buses will reduce greenhouse gas emissions from our bus fleet by 11% per year, which is almost 10,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually!
