We're sure you'll be pleased to hear that the Government has extended half-price fares until 30 June 2023.

Keep making the most of those epic savings with 50%* off our bus, train and ferry services.

While we may have been hoping for more sunshine this summer, there's still plenty of warm days on our horizon, and lots to see and do around the city.

Read more on some FREE events coming up around Tāmaki Makaurau.

Our integrated network of buses, trains and ferries will get you where you need to go – and your fare could cost as little as $1.10*.

Hard mahi continues across our network

The past few weeks have been an intense time for Aucklanders, and our thoughts are with those hit hardest by the flood damage.

It’s been incredible to see the determination and resilience of our teams as they work to keep everyone moving.

A bridge destroyed by floods has been replaced after just six days of construction. The Mill Flat Road Bridge in Riverhead was washed away in the flooding on Friday 27 January, and around 200 residents weren’t able to travel.

By the afternoon on Waitangi Day, a new temporary bridge had been put in place with AT, Downer NZ and Waka Kotahi collaborating to make it happen. While there’s a long road ahead in repairing Auckland, it’s stories like this that keep us inspired.

If you’re unsure about road closures or your transport options over the coming weeks, visit our Weather Watch page for the latest information.

So, plan your next weekend getaway using the AT Journey Planner or the AT Mobile app.
