C is for ‘cancellation’ and ‘care’If the last few years have shown us anything, it’s that bugs like to travel around as much as we do; something that our wonderful bus drivers know well. With the flu season upon us and with COVID-19 still around, a few of our drivers are getting sick and are having to cancel their shifts at the last minute.
We do what we can to minimise this impacting your journeys but ask that you show our drivers the same support that they provide to you every day.
As always, check your journey before your ride using the AT Mobile app, Journey Planner, or on digital signs at stops and stations.

Give our new AirportLink service a try to get to or from the Airport for your winter holiday. Whether you plan to make snow angels on a mountain top or sip cocktails under a palm tree, let us get you part of the way there for a fraction of the price.
With trains and AirportLink buses running every 10 minutes during peak hours, it's frequent and affordable. From Britomart or along the Southern and Eastern train lines you can get to the Airport (via Puhinui) for only $2.70* or less with your AT HOP card.
Buses depart from Bus stop B at the Domestic Terminal and Bus stop A at the International Terminal. Take the bus to Puhinui Station where you can connect with a train to Britomart in the city centre or your local station. And if friends or family are touching down in Auckland, let them know they can get an AT HOP card from AirGo Convenience located at the regional end of the domestic terminal.
Say goodbye to airport drop-offs and parking fees and give the AirportLink a go for your next flight.
*From 1 April – 31 August, while AT HOP fares are 50% off. Fare based on travelling from Britomart to Puhinui station via train, then catching the AirportLink bus service to Auckland Airport.
