Dear Colin
Do you, or someone you know, use a SuperGold card to get a travel concession on Auckland buses, trains and ferries?
If you do, from 1 July 2016, there will be changes that affect the concession. These were announced by the Ministry of Transport last year.
From 1 July, you will need to use an AT HOP card loaded with your SuperGold card concession, in order to travel free on trains and selected buses and ferries in Auckland after 9am weekdays and all day on weekends and public holidays. You will no longer be able to use your SuperGold card to do this. Visit our website for a list of services that provide free SuperGold travel.
If you already have your SuperGold concession loaded onto an AT HOP card, you don’t need to do anything.
Yours sincerely

Please note: AT HOP cards cost $10 and must be loaded with a minimum of $5 at the time of purchase. The purchase price is non-refundable.
If you do not have a SuperGold card, but you know someone who does, why not send them this email, so they too know
what they have to do?
